The most important steps are done: Barcamp Phnom Penh 4 (2011) will be on October 22nd and 23rd 2011 at the University of PuthiSastra. This is actually the same place where we had Barcamp Phnom Penh 3, so some of you are familiar with the place already. Please find some pictures below. The conference rooms are equipped with air-condition and sound system and also have projectors. Some can contain up to 250 participant.
